Notasentez ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Notasentez ("the App") handles information when you use our services.

By using Notasentez, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Microphone & Audio Data

Usage:Notasentez requests access to your device's microphone strictly for real-time acoustic analysis (such as the instrument tuner, vocal warmup pitch detection, chord recognition, and pitch dictation features).
Storage & Transmission: We do not record, store, or transmit your audio recordings. All audio processing occurs completely in real time on your local device. Audio buffers are immediately discarded after frequency analysis.

B. Purchase & Subscription Data

Usage: We offer in-app purchases (Notasentez Pro) to unlock premium tools.
Provider: All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing (and Apple App Store) and managed via RevenueCat.
Data Handled: We do not collect or have access to your credit card or payment details. RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers, purchase tokens, and entitlement statuses to verify your subscription.

C. Advertising Data & Device Identifiers

Usage: Free-tier users may be shown non-intrusive banner advertisements.
Provider: We use Google AdMob.
Data Collected: AdMob and its partners may collect and process device identifiers (including Google Advertising ID / AD_ID), IP address, and coarse diagnostic information to serve ads, limit ad frequency, and combat fraud.
Opt-Out: You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android). Pro subscribers do not receive any ads.

D. Local Device Storage & Notifications

Usage: The app stores your metronome presets, practice logs, daily streak count, and unlocked achievements locally on your device using secure storage.
Notifications: If you enable daily practice reminders, the app schedules local notifications strictly on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

3. Children's Privacy

Notasentez does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
